there first UGC. They also
took home the 2nd place
team trophy for EPCC.

There will be a Dave
Hertzog seminar held at
XFC that date. He is the
black belt instructor that
our academy represents,
his reputation speaks for it
self. It will be no-gi and
some gi. Call Chris at

info and sign up now, $40
now and $45 at the door.

We will be taking some of
our competition team to
compete at the UGC at
Kings collage.

Shingara on there QUICK
submission victories. Both
won via Triangle Choke in
under 1 minute in the 1st
roun. This was Erics 2nd
mma win and Dans 1st
mma win, Both are
undefeated.

Seminar at XFC on Feb. 6th
Its a Dave Hertzog Seminar
$35 at the door 3 to 4 hours
part Gi and mostly no-gi.
There will be several
schools there good
opportunity to cross train.

There will also be food,
drinks and the UFC, after
the seminar. Please chip in
some extra cash if you
